💛 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items such as feeding accessories, pacifiers, or hygiene products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@bubblibee.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

🌼 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If the product was damaged or defective on arrival, we’ll offer a full refund or free replacement.

📦 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@bubblibee.co.uk with photos and order details.

🚚 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
